Melissa is a student in the dual-title Ph.D. Higher Education and Comparative and International Education program at Penn State. She believes bridging cultures and linking stakeholders globally are crucial for growing diverse networks, strengthening global knowledge, and impacting policy development. Melissa conducts research in several areas of the internationalization of higher education. She currently serves as a Research Assistant in Penn State Global, developing internationalization at home programs and resources, and she serves as a Research Associate on the Cross-Border Education Research Team (C-BERT), conducting research on cross-border education.
