Natalie Hernandez DePalma
Senior Director of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
Natalie Hernandez DePalma is the Senior Director of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at Penn State and a licensed psychologist and licensed professional counselor with experience in the provision of individual, couples, ICA focused and group psychotherapy at CAPS. She has a BA from Tufts, an MA from Boston College and a Ph.D. from Penn State. She sits on the Penn State University Park Behavioral Threat Management team and has experience providing training in mental health and cultural humility to police engaged in the CIT (Crisis Intervention Team) approach. Dr. Hernandez DePalma works to support students who represent marginalized identities. She has presented nationally on the Race Dialogues Program, Microaggressions and Racial Trauma.
