Director of Student Affairs Research & Assessment

Prior to returning to Penn State as the Director of SARA in 2013, Adam was an Assistant Director of Institutional Research and Assessment at a small private university. Since receiving his doctorate in Developmental Psychology from Penn State, his career has been focused on using data to improve student experiences and outcomes. Adam’s daily work allows him to gather data relevant to student experiences from involvement in stand alone workshops or events, to more general climate issues that impact student lives. In addition, he has been able to serve on numerous University level committees such as the University Committee on Assessment of Learning and co-chairing the University Survey Coordinating Committee. In addition to these roles, Adam enjoys the opportunity to teach Foundations of Institutional Research for the online IR certificate program.
