Assistant Director for Engagement and Learning, Center for Healthy Aging

Amy Lorek is Assistant Director for Engagement and Learning with the Center for Healthy Aging.  As a lifetime learner and expertise in healthy aging, leadership development, and change navigation she has broad, practical experience with academic, workplace, and non-traditional teaching and learning contexts. Lorek uses a hospitality mindset to connect people to resources and opportunities, build systems that improve lives, and engage in authentic and meaningful conversations. She teaches in the School of Hospitality Management and Department of Human Development and Family Studies.
